AI Solutions & Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Manage HR AI initiatives from demand assessment and solution design through implementation, delivery, and adoption.
• Evaluate AI opportunities, translate business needs into use cases, and recommend platforms, in-house solutions, or external vendors.
• Maintain the HR AI portfolio, identifying dependencies, capability gaps, reuse opportunities, and platform improvements.
• Coordinate HR stakeholders, Digital Technology experts, vendors, and technical teams to align priorities and deliver projects.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and responsible AI governance requirements.
• Define success measures, monitor business value, collect feedback, and support scaling and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, technology consulting, or IT solution delivery, including hands-on involvement in AI-enabled initiatives.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents, and enterprise AI solutions, including platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, SAP AI Joule, or similar technologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology projects and coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams from requirements through implementation and adoption.
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture, technology governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills, including assessing business needs, evaluating technical solutions, challenging proposals, and creating actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with an autonomous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
