Full Stack Engineer - AI Engineering - New Capabilities

What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate real-world scheduling and planning problems into optimization models.
• Configure, extend, and debug the core scheduling engine and related components using live customer datasets.
• Build and iterate on working solutions with customer teams under tight deadlines.
• Feed field learnings back to product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Diagnose optimizer performance and quality issues and deliver solutions within performance targets.
• Build trusted relationships with customer teams while gathering requirements, explaining trade-offs, and presenting results.

Requirements

• Demonstrable, hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping production AI applications is required. Experience limited to using ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot for software development is insufficient.
• Strong software engineering background, ideally with C#/.NET, and the ability to read and modify a large codebase.
• Hands-on experience with optimization techniques, constraint programming, mathematical or linear programming, or algorithm development.
• Experience working directly with customers, including gathering requirements, explaining trade-offs, and presenting results.
• Willingness to ship and iterate quickly under ambiguity and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for ambiguous, real-world constraints.
• Enthusiasm for using AI-assisted and agentic workflows to model problems and ship solutions faster.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Background in workforce or resource scheduling.
• Experience with large-scale data modelling.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms or vertical-specific optimization products.
