Strategic Programs Manager (AI)

Location: Stockholm HQ, Sweden; on-site 5 days per week.

Compensation: OTE $190K–$264K, with equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end rollout programs for strategic accounts, including planning, sequencing, and execution across multi-office and multi-practice launches.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across knowledge management, innovation, IT, practice groups, and attorneys.
• Coordinate Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery resources for local and cross-border implementations.
• Define success metrics and governance, establish reporting cadences, and make outcomes clear to executives.
• Analyse adoption metrics, identify user-journey friction, and propose strategic interventions.
• Convert rollout learnings into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks while driving clarity and execution across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation and implementation-focused roles, plus a Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated leadership of programs, workstreams, or teams with end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
• Strong change-management experience and a track record of driving adoption across complex stakeholder groups.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including rapid synthesis of complex ideas into structured, aesthetic, boardroom-ready presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear, confident stakeholder communication.
• Natural ownership, practical problem-solving ability, operational rigor, and a hands-on execution mindset.
• Willingness to work in person and collaborate with teammates in the office 5 days per week.
