Salary: $101,000.00–$139,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Deliver assigned projects and programs according to product and process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development and transfer relevant information across functional areas.
• Manage material and financial resources effectively and work with staff to maximize project and program productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies covering engineering and lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices, how the area integrates with other functions, and competitive market differentiators.
• Ability to solve complex problems, assess multiple information sources, and apply judgment to existing and new solutions.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues and lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, lift, distinguish colors, and work in potentially noisy environments.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and wear required clean-room personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
