SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solution Architect

What you will do

• Define and govern end-to-end SAP logistics solution architecture for transformation, implementation, rollout, and optimization programs.
• Align business strategy, supply chain processes, SAP S/4HANA capabilities, integration and data architecture, security, deployment standards, and SAP best practices.
• Design solutions across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, production planning, quality management, order fulfillment, transportation, maintenance spare parts, and supply chain planning.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, challenge unnecessary customization, and apply SAP Clean Core principles.
• Make and govern architecture decisions across multiple functional workstreams and ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, compliant, and supportable.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, explain solution decisions, and provide architecture guidance and mentoring to functional consultants and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP Logistics solution design experience, including Solution Architect, Solution Lead, or senior functional leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on and solution-design experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with at least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations or major transformation programs.
• Deep functional expertise in at least two core SAP Logistics domains, preferably SAP MM/Procurement combined with PP, EWM/WM, SD Logistics, or QM.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and the ability to design Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Inventory/Warehouse, and Order-to-Cash integrations.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integration between Logistics, FI/CO, Sales, Manufacturing, and external systems.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills, including workshop facilitation for business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to provide architecture guidance and mentor functional consultants and delivery teams.

Nice to have

• SAP EWM, TM, Ariba, IBP, or BTP experience.
• SAP Integration Suite or API integration experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud.
• SAP Activate experience and certifications in principal logistics modules.
• Global template or multi-country rollout experience.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
• Experience with GxP/GMP, batch management, traceability, or serialization.
