Company

What you will do

  • Act as the functional authority and design authority for SAP supply chain planning and execution across multiple client engagements.
  • Shape solutions, distinguish standard capabilities from gaps, and select among configuration, extensions, or process changes.
  • Define and uphold architecture across SAP IBP, order to cash, procurement, inventory, EWM, TM touchpoints, and planning-to-production processes.
  • Review functional designs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, test strategies, and scripts; support defect resolution through hypercare and AMS transition.
  • Guide master-data migration, cutover, quality thresholds, and end-to-end process handoffs.
  • Coach consultants, contribute to hiring and onboarding, track the SAP roadmap, and create reusable models, accelerators, demos, scripts, guides, and design patterns.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of SAP experience, including at least 10 years of hands-on Supply Chain configuration and experience serving as a domain escalation point.
  • Participation in at least four SAP S/4HANA projects on current releases, including at least one greenfield implementation or selective transition with ownership of domain design.
  • Participation in at least one end-to-end SAP Public Cloud project.
  • At least three years reviewing and approving functional designs while supporting multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Hands-on SAP IBP experience in at least two of demand planning, response and supply, inventory optimization, and S&OP, including planning-model configuration.
  • Expertise in order to cash, including advanced ATP, pricing, rebates or condition contract management, and in sourcing and procurement, including SAP Ariba integration.
  • Experience with warehousing and logistics execution using embedded or decentralized SAP EWM, transportation touchpoints, and the planning-to-production connection.
  • Working credibility in at least two of Mining, Oil and Gas, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills are required for communication with clients across North America.

Nice to have

  • Consumer Packaged Goods demand planning and promotional forecasting, or mining logistics and concentrate movement experience.
  • Big Four or SAP partner consulting experience, reusable accelerator development, and experience with SAP Public Cloud and clean-core constraints.
  • Exposure to SAP GTS, SAP Transportation Management, or third-party logistics integration.
  • SAP IBP certification; SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing and Procurement, Sales, or Supply Chain; SAP EWM or SAP TM certification; or APICS CPIM or CSCP designation.
