What you will do

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP embedded PP/DS solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Gather requirements with business and IT stakeholders and deliver SAP-based planning and scheduling solutions.
• Assess existing ePPDS implementations, identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Configure heuristic-based planning, optimizer-based planning, block planning, capacity leveling, scheduling strategies, pegging, and alert monitoring.
• Optimize master data, including resource capacities, production versions, PDS, and PPMs.
• Integrate ePPDS with SAP PP, MM, SD, and EWM; provide user training and prepare configuration, process, and best-practice documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP/DS implementation and support, including embedded PP/DS in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS, including DS Board, PP/DS Optimizer, Planning Procedures, and Interactive Planning.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration, relevant interfaces, and data transfer mechanisms used in ePPDS implementations.
• Solid understanding of production planning processes, including Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, and Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with heuristics, capacity leveling, and scheduling strategies.
• Experience assessing ePPDS implementations, resolving issues, and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP/MM and integration with EWM.
• Excellent problem-solving, independent working, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• SAP PP/DS certification.
• Experience in Automotive, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, or Manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP and SAP APO.
