Technical Project/Program Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States; onsite role

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Define objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans for assigned projects and programs.
• Deliver projects and programs according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document development phases and communicate required information across functional areas while maintaining engineering, patent, confidentiality, ISO, and safety compliance.
• Manage material and financial resources and lead a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects through team leads.
• Assign work, support professional development, and handle end-to-end people management for the assigned group.
• Lead research and development of new technologies, integrate new processes and methodologies into products and services, and resolve complex department-wide operational problems.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles in the relevant job family, with basic knowledge of related job families.
• Understanding of the industry and how the area contributes to business objectives.
• Experience managing a generally homogeneous team and adapting plans and priorities to operational challenges.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and ethical requirements.
