Hirify AI/Оригинал
TL;DR
Director of Technology Alliances (AI Security): Building OEM, embedded, co-sell, and co-build partnerships that place AI security technology inside hyperscaler, platform, and enterprise products with an accent on licensing, revenue-share agreements, marketplace programs, and joint go-to-market. Focus on sourcing and closing complex alliance deals, developing APIs and deployment models for integration, and converting partner relationships into recurring revenue.
Location: Remote (U.S. Only), or work from the Pittsburgh office.
Base salary: $180k–$200k annually, plus performance-based compensation and meaningful equity participation.
Company
hirify.global develops AI security technology, including AI model evaluations, real-time threat detection, and adaptive adversarial red-teaming agents.
What you will do
Define the OEM strategy and build a target pipeline across platforms, model providers, security vendors, and SaaS companies.
Source, structure, negotiate, and close licensing, white-label, embedded, revenue-share, minimum-commitment, SLA, and support agreements.
Own executive and field relationships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, including marketplace listings, co-sell programs, private offers, and committed-spend alignment.
Convert signed agreements into revenue through joint solution briefs, partner enablement, field alignment, co-marketing, and shared account planning.
Bring partner and integration requirements into the product roadmap and work with Engineering on APIs, SDKs, and deployment models.
Define partner metrics and help build the broader reseller, MSSP, and technology-alliance program.
Requirements
8+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software, including direct ownership of partner-driven revenue.
Successful track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing OEM, embedded, or white-label agreements, with deal structure, size, and revenue impact available to describe.
Hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler—AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud—including marketplace listings, co-sell programs, or private offers.
Existing network at hyperscalers and security or platform vendors.
Ability to explain APIs, integrations, and deployment models to engineers and business leaders.
Experience in an early-stage or high-growth company where the partnership playbook was built rather than inherited.
Nice to have
OEM deals with security vendors such as SIEM, XDR, cloud security, API security, or DLP providers, or with AI and model-platform providers.
Familiarity with AI security and safety, including LLM red teaming, prompt injection, agent security, AI governance, and emerging regulation.
Experience building a partner function from zero, including initial hires, programs, and compensation plans.
Experience at a company that scaled through major growth stages.
Culture & Benefits
Ownership, accountability, and performance-oriented compensation in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
Remote work for candidates in the U.S. or office work in Pittsburgh, with flexible work arrangements.
401(k) with up to 4% matching.
28 days of annual leave, including vacation and holidays.
Health, dental, and vision coverage; catered lunches are available at the Pittsburgh office.
Hiring process
Application review, recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, role-related assessment, and experience and culture interview.
Reference checks with 3–5 references provided by the candidate, followed by an offer if both sides agree.
