Associate Principal Engineer (Infor M3 Customer Order Management Functional Solution Architect)

Location: Hybrid in Brampton, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Infor M3 Customer Order Management and related cross-functional processes.
• Own functional architecture, configuration standards, and alignment with the global M3 template.
• Facilitate discovery and fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders and regional teams.
• Translate approved requirements into functional designs, specifications, test scenarios, and implementation guidance.
• Recommend configuration, process change, integration, or extension approaches based on business value and long-term supportability.
• Partner with Product Management, Technical Architecture, Integrations, Development, Testing, and Support teams; provide guidance on complex incidents, root-cause analysis, releases, production transitions, and analyst coaching.

Requirements

• Extensive functional experience with Infor M3 Customer Order Management or a comparable global ERP platform.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, pricing, tool rentals, and service.
• Experience leading cross-functional solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
• Ability to evaluate downstream impacts across interconnected operational processes and regions.
• Ability to communicate complex ERP concepts clearly to operational, technical, and leadership audiences.
• Experience supporting a global or multi-region Infor M3 environment.
• Experience with ERP governance, design authority, global templates, and controlled regional variation.
• Understanding of integrations, data dependencies, testing, release management, and production support.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
