HubSpot Solutions Developer (HubSpot)

Location: USA (Remote)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and develop custom integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms using HubSpot APIs.
• Create custom CRM UI extension components with React.
• Build custom code actions in Node or Python for HubSpot automation workflows.
• Keep solutions current with HubSpot platform updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with API-based software integrations, ideally involving HubSpot.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and React, with hands-on Google Cloud deployment experience.
• Solid understanding of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Content, and Service Hubs.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot’s developer platform and certifications such as HubSpot Solutions Architecture or Integration.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Workato, or Mulesoft.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members.
