TL;DR
PeopleSoft Developer (PeopleSoft): Designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications for enterprise projects with an accent on customizations, reports, interfaces, and system integrations. Focus on analyzing business processes, implementing PeopleCode and Application Engine solutions, and solving complex PeopleSoft architecture and data challenges.
Location: 100% remote within the United States
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications.
- Gather requirements and analyze business processes with cross-functional teams.
- Implement PeopleSoft customizations and modifications.
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, and applications.
- Apply PeopleSoft integration technologies, including Integration Broker and Component Interfaces.
- Support the success of PeopleSoft projects through technical analysis and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft system architecture, modules, table structures, views, and data dictionaries.
- Proficiency with Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
- Experience developing PeopleSoft customizations, reports, interfaces, and applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- U.S. work authorization is required; eligible applicants include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PeopleSoft certification or training.
- Experience with Campus Solutions, HCM, Financials, or other PeopleSoft modules.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface development.
- Understanding of PeopleSoft security concepts and user management.
