Banking Centre Leader I

Location: Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada; onsite full-time. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Deepen new and existing client relationships and support clients with financial goals including securing their futures, owning homes, and establishing businesses.
• Monitor banking centre performance, create action plans to address gaps, and drive responsible revenue growth.
• Build teamwork across partners, maximize market opportunities, and manage risks affecting the bank, clients, and shareholders.
• Develop community relationships, advocate for hirify.global, and support recruitment of employees who demonstrate the organization’s values.

Requirements

• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to help teams achieve goals.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first, goal-oriented, accountable, and relationship-focused leadership approach.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to work at multiple nearby banking centres.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.

Nice to have

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
