Financial Advisor CIRO-MFD

Location: Bracebridge, Ontario, Canada; full-time on-site work required. Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, home ownership, and business needs.
• Develop local-market sales plans, cultivate networks, convert leads, and generate referrals using credit and investment solutions.
• Attend local events and participate in marketing and outreach activities to increase community awareness and create future opportunities.
• Act as a single point of contact while helping clients plan for current needs and long-term goals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice to clients, establishing relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC), or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFC), with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• For Quebec roles: current AMF licensing accreditation and good standing, successful completion of CIFC or CSC to support AMF licensing, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) qualification.
• Client-first approach, strong relationship-building and networking skills, and the ability to provide needs-based financial advice.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable, respectful, and authentic approach to client and partner relationships.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
