Financial Associate (RR Licensed) Wood Gundy

Location: On-site full-time in Vancouver, BC, Monday through Friday

Annual base salary: $51,500–$60,200, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors to help manage client portfolios.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients and provide responsive support.
• Identify business opportunities and support business development activities.
• Assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build community relationships through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Current Registered Representative accreditation in good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• 3–5 years of brokerage industry experience.
• Working knowledge of quotation equipment and a background in financial planning.
• Strong client engagement, business development, analytical thinking, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Investment Advisors and communicate effectively with clients.
