Senior Lead Technical Manager (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role requiring proximity to one of three US office locations: McLean, VA; Dallas, TX; or Memphis, TN. Travel up to 5%.

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 annually, based on experience and location. Eligible for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives spanning technology, processes, and people.
• Support deployment of financial and procurement systems across the global organization.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solution designs and technical deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration between business technology teams, core technology teams, enterprise application and platform owners, external partners, and SaaS vendors.
• Lead delivery and quality through project management and hands-on technical contribution.
• Produce project plans, budgets, timelines, decision materials, architecture and data-flow diagrams, integration designs, testing documentation, support models, and operational transition materials.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in Technology or a related field, including delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• At least 6 years of experience in management consulting or an internal consulting-style role, partnering with business and technology teams to scope problems, develop solution options, and deliver outcomes.
• Experience supporting Coupa–ERP integrations and related business processes, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology and SaaS-enabled solutions, including APIs, SFTP or file-based exchanges, system integrations, and solution and architecture design.
• Experience translating business process requirements into technical deliverables and operational models.
• Must be near one of the three US office locations: McLean, Dallas, or Memphis, as this is a hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree plus 7+ years of Technology-related experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
• 6 years of experience with enterprise ERP technologies such as PeopleSoft or equivalent platforms, or Coupa.
• Project Management Professional certification.
