FP&A Analyst Middle (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide; flexible work from the office or remotely. Relocation support is available to hubs in Mexico or Serbia.

What you will do

• Run the monthly plan-versus-actual performance review and keep the cycle on schedule.
• Analyze variances by product and geography and explain the business drivers.
• Prepare and publish monthly management reports for leadership and investors.
• Maintain P&L data and reporting tools, including new metrics, improved structures, and smoother updates.
• Collect inputs from business, product, finance, and other teams to ensure complete and timely reporting.
• Support ad hoc analysis, including business cases, investment decisions, and payback calculations.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business analysis at a middle level.
• Degree in economics, mathematics, finance, or a related field.
• Good understanding of bank P&L concepts, including interest income, funding cost, cost of risk, and opex.
• Strong Excel skills.
• SQL and Python skills at an analyst level.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude and the ability to use them effectively.
• Structured thinking and the ability to explain financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• English at B2 level or higher for communication with an international team.
