Platform Administrator (Tableau)

Location: Fully remote; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Administer enterprise data platforms including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and related DHA tooling.
• Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance across multiple environments.
• Support patching, monitoring, logging, system health validation, provisioning, deployment, and configuration.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to troubleshoot dashboard, integration, and performance issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Support security and compliance activities aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux.
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, primarily EC2-based infrastructure.
• Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated environments.
• Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or similar security and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. work authorization is required; certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.
