Senior Finance Business Partner (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada; Kitchener, Ontario; Toronto, Ontario; Vancouver, British Columbia; or Winnipeg, Manitoba

Base salary: CAD 100,000–115,000 annually, with potential additional benefits, equity grants, and variable incentive.

What you will do

• Advise Professional Services and Support leadership on growth, efficiency, resource allocation, and long-term value creation.
• Lead short- and long-range financial planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.
• Analyze utilization, pricing, cost to serve, attach rates, customer health, AI adoption, operational performance, and other service-related KPIs.
• Own executive-ready reporting and monthly performance reviews, explaining results, gaps to plan, underlying drivers, and mitigation options.
• Partner with Product, Sales, People & Culture, Operations, Accounting, IT, and FP&A to improve planning, reporting, automation, and workflow efficiency.
• Support integrated planning, gross margin improvement, company-wide strategic initiatives, and ad hoc executive analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of well-rounded finance experience, including FP&A, corporate finance, revenue operations, or financial advisory.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including building dynamic multi-scenario models from large volumes of customer and operational data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, collaboration, time management, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce, preferably with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, OpenAir, Salesforce, Pigment, Power BI, SQL, or IFRS.
• Experience in a Professional Services or SaaS business model.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or CBV designation.
