Senior Associate, Planning and Insights (SaaS)

Location: Remote, anywhere in Canada; in-office or hybrid work is available near an hirify.global office. Ideally based in the Greater Toronto Area. Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship; travel may be required to offices in Denver, Toronto, Vancouver, or other North American locations.

Salary: CAD 130,000–145,000 per year in most locations.

What you will do

• Develop executive-ready reporting and dashboards tracking business KPIs, SaaS metrics, and OKRs.
• Analyze new logo acquisition, upsell and cross-sell, churn, cohorts, and customer segments with leadership.
• Lead operational reviews and turn complex business signals into actionable insights and performance narratives.
• Translate analysis into recommendations for budgeting, product roadmaps, quarterly planning, and prioritization.
• Build forecasting models and evaluate strategic bets with GTM, Product, Finance, Data, and business leadership teams.
• Support strategic analysis, business cases, ad-hoc modeling, and leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup operations, finance, business strategy, or consulting.
• Expertise in financial modeling and strong motivation to solve business problems.
• Fluency with SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Expertise with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Experience using SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven track record of driving growth through data-informed decisions.
• Strategic, commercially minded, curious, proactive, and statistically rigorous approach.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly, influence decisions through data storytelling, collaborate across functions, and work between high-level business framing and tactical insight delivery.
