Principal Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: On-site in Bellevue, United States

Base salary: $220K–$255K annually, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year vision for how hirify.global and third-party agents build and operate automations across the platform.
• Design skills, tools, and APIs that enable external coding agents such as Claude Code to author, run, and debug automations.
• Evolve hirify.global AutoPilots and define how conversational, autonomous, and computer-use agents work alongside deterministic workflows.
• Partner with demanding enterprise customers on production deployments and use the platform to prototype and ship reference implementations.
• Translate agent ecosystems, orchestration frameworks, evaluation methods, and computer-use models into a coherent product direction.
• Define product metrics such as task success rate, automation build time, human interventions, and production reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical product management or engineering, with specific emphasis on automation, workflow or orchestration platforms, developer platforms, or applied agentic AI.
• Proven experience shipping infrastructure that builders rely on and building business-process orchestration, workflow engines, or agent platforms.
• Deep fluency in tool-calling, MCP, coding agents, agent design patterns, computer use, evaluations, and observability.
• Clear perspective on how deterministic automation and non-deterministic agents should compose in real business processes.
• Builder-oriented, AI-native approach with the ability to write code or prompt agents to test ideas and ship prototypes.
• Ability to think from first principles, work through ambiguity, produce defensible direction quickly, and communicate effectively with architects and customers.
• Comfort working with regulated, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building automation, orchestration, developer-platform, or agent products at a frontier lab, hyperscaler, RPA or automation vendor, or startup.
• 0-to-1 product experience and a startup or founding-product-manager style.
• Strong, evidence-based opinions about the direction of agentic automation over the next 24 months.
