Analyst, UKEA

Location: Based in hirify.global’s London office with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support business development activities and the creation of innovative, high-quality bids, including recruitment, research, technical content, writing and commercial pricing.
• Support project management through administrative, operational and detailed financial management activities.
• Work with UK and international project staff, partners, subcontractors and clients, managing needs and expectations professionally.
• Research client issues, develop and test hypotheses, synthesise findings, and communicate evidence-based analysis and recommendations.
• Contribute to knowledge management resources, innovative methods and intellectual property.
• Support internal initiatives covering equity, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding, wellbeing, sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Requirements

• Master’s degree completed or currently being completed in international development or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients and build inclusive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong prioritisation, time management and delivery skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, overcome challenges and remain resilient through setbacks.
• Evidence-based problem-solving, pattern recognition and root-cause analysis.
• Accountability, ownership, results focus, continuous improvement and willingness to learn from experience.
• Understanding of organisational strategy and business drivers, with the ability to anticipate risks, manage resources and focus on client needs.

Hiring process
