Oracle EPM Analyst (Oracle EPM)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Base salary: $71,900–$107,700 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Implement and configure EPBCS/PBCS, Hyperion Planning, or Essbase applications, including metadata, web forms, data reconciliation, dashboards, and automated business rules.
• Gather business requirements, design and prototype solutions, define support procedures and SLAs, and deliver scalable implementations.
• Create EPBCS member formulas and complex rules for consolidations, aggregations, currency conversions, and dynamic calculations.
• Build Cloud Data Management and FDMEE integration artifacts, including locations, maps, custom/import scripts, and file automation.
• Develop Python, Groovy, and CDM API scripts; use Excel, VB Scripting, and EPM Automate.
• Conduct system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing and prepare design, testing, training, administration, and procedural documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience implementing EPBCS/PBCS, Hyperion Planning, or Essbase applications.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
• Proficiency in EPBCS Standard dimensions, member formulas, customizations, and complex business rules.
• Good working knowledge of EPM Automate.
• Understanding of accounting principles including GAAP, GASP, FASB, and FASAB.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and understand their business needs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
