Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle EPM FCCS/ARCS

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, United States, with an additional location in Toronto, Canada; willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $174,000–$204,000.

What you will do

• Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals and business requirements.
• Manage Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects across different scales and durations.
• Build long-term client relationships and collaborate with colleagues to solve complex business challenges.
• Lead and mentor engagement teams, including training hirify.global staff in project management and technical areas.
• Contribute as a functional application specialist across multiple consulting engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• End-to-end project implementation experience within the Oracle EPM Cloud Suite.
• 3+ years of experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE).
• Deep understanding of the financial close cycle, related best practices, joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures, and equity pickup.
• Experience with foreign currency translation and its effect on financial statements.
• Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies.
• Experience with financial management reporting and analysis.
• Experience as a functional application specialist.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to quickly establish trusted and collaborative relationships.
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff in project management and technical areas.
• Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration.

Nice to have

• Financial Reporting Studio experience.
• Account reconciliation experience, preferably with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Blackline, or similar applications.
