Senior Analyst, Client Analytics (Asset Management)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Analyze sales, ownership, client, and market data to define business problems, uncover opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Support the sales analytics roadmap and ensure insights are actionable, scalable, and aligned with Distribution growth priorities.
• Define, monitor, and measure client segmentation, campaign targeting, sales coverage, advisor prioritization, and strategy execution.
• Manage analytical projects or workstreams from problem definition through solution design, implementation, communication, and adoption.
• Develop dashboards, data products, and automated insights with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Technology teams.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate analytical findings clearly to Distribution leaders, sales consultants, product specialists, and other partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing actionable insights and applying data analytics in corporate, consulting, financial services, asset management, marketing analytics, or sales enablement settings.
• Ability to contribute to analytical workstreams, manage deliverables, and convert business questions into practical analytics solutions.
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in data analysis and database querying using SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-ready analytical communication.
• Experience working with sales, product, technology, or data partners and translating business needs into analytical or technical requirements.
• Strong commercial curiosity, problem-solving, quantitative, communication, collaboration, relationship-building, project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to balance technical analysis with practical application, work in agile and iterative environments, manage shifting priorities, and address ambiguous business questions.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in a quantitative, business, finance, economics, analytics, statistics, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Python, or similar modern data tools.
• Experience with financial transaction data, client analytics, sales analytics, marketing analytics, or the asset management industry.
• Coursework, certifications, or demonstrated experience in analytics, database management, data visualization, data engineering, machine learning, or financial markets.
