Delivery Manager (Acquisitions)

Location: Remote, United States; ability to travel approximately 4+ times per year for in-person collaboration.

Annual full-time starting base salary: $96,000–$125,000, plus eligibility for annual incentive and equity programs.

What you will do

• Contribute to the delivery approach and serve as the primary delivery contact for assigned teams.
• Lead discovery for new work by mapping dependencies, risks, and open questions, and keep delivery plans current.
• Run workstreams end to end, define completion criteria, and deliver with clear risk visibility.
• Coordinate Credit, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, and third-party contributors across initiatives.
• Own delivery communications, including status updates, risk reporting, and escalation paths for partner teams.
• Coach teams on delivery practices, onboard contributors to delivery tools and norms, and improve delivery standards and metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Track record of identifying and resolving delivery problems before escalation is required.
• Strong coordination skills, including recognizing connections between teams and acting early.
• Clear communication with peers and managers, including facilitating small stakeholder groups.
• High standards for delivery quality and follow-through.
• Ability to travel approximately 4+ times per year for high-quality in-person collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience in acquisitions, growth, or customer-acquisition-adjacent domains.
• Familiarity with credit acquisitions processes at a bank, fintech, or card issuer.
