Project Manager, B2B (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent client accounts, service lines, digital marketing deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Asana and communication channels.
• Create, execute, and revise deliverable plans while managing scope, risk, schedules, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Support account calls with detailed recaps, action items, Asana assignments, and follow-up.
• Evaluate new work requests, identify resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule actions.
• Provide progress updates, conduct risk management, escalate issues, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify improvements to internal and external processes and develop possible solutions.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with digital marketing subject areas such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, display, feeds, paid social, and analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, manage conflict, and mediate effectively.
• Ability to direct teams in task prioritization and execution while facilitating multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with persistence in solving internal and client problems quickly.
• Process-driven, highly organized, methodical, and capable of excellent time management, with strong business ethics and political awareness.
• Flexible, committed, and enthusiastic approach; ability to solve problems and promote organizational change; ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.

Nice to have

• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent certification.
