IT Systems Engineer - Weeknights

Location: Must be local to Lansing, Michigan for on-site interviews and on-site work. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

What you will do

• Monitor DDMI systems, troubleshoot issues, restart jobs when appropriate, and escalate incidents.
• Record and update tickets in the DDMI Service Management tool.
• Perform data center operations, including patching, system upgrades, RFC execution, and hardware builds and decommissions.
• Install and remove hardware and perform patch-panel cabling.
• Provide escort services for customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Participate in weekend ITSM debriefs and status reporting.

Requirements

• Experience as an IT Systems Engineer with data center analytics experience.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge.
• Network Operations experience.
• Windows Administration experience.
• Linux Administration experience.
• Must be local to Lansing, Michigan for on-site interviews and on-site work requirements.
• W2 employment only; C2C and third-party submissions are not accepted.
