Technical Services Advisor (Solumina)

Location: Remote within New York, United States; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $76,700–$142,500 annually

What you will do

• Partner with clients and business service consultants to understand technical needs and business goals.
• Support Solumina implementations through configuration, extensions, troubleshooting, and system integrations.
• Design and optimize technical solutions, including integrations between Solumina and external systems.
• Provide technical advice, training, workshops, ongoing support, and proactive guidance to clients.
• Coordinate assigned project tasks, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, technical consulting, system integration, or IT services.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, microservices, Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Knowledge of JEE, JMS, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, Kubernetes, Git, SDLC, Agile, integration design, and database fundamentals.
• Basic frontend experience with React, Redux, Node, and Web UI.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, project management, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, aerospace and defense, MES systems, regulated manufacturing, or ERP integrations such as SAP and Oracle.
• Experience with Solumina iSeries or G8.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• AWS or Azure experience or certifications.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
