Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Johns Creek, Georgia office; requires 3 days onsite. The salary range applies to U.S. locations excluding Puerto Rico and specific California locations.

Salary: $87,000–$149,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications using custom objects, fields, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Oversee Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems through Salesforce APIs.
• Architect solutions, review and optimize code, and create technical design documents and architectural diagrams.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and production support for complex code problems, system errors, and escalated incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Salesforce support, and other teams; maintain documentation, governance, and development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 2 years of experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce, integrations, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, web development technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions and provide advanced technical support.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
