Team Lead Business Development

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Business Development team in Peru.
• Define and execute growth strategies for expanding the bus partner network.
• Oversee partner acquisition, driven kilometer performance, and long-term partner relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with local and international stakeholders.
• Monitor forecasts, pipeline, and key performance metrics.
• Lead high-impact negotiations and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong track record in partnership development and revenue growth.
• Advanced analytical and financial skills, including P&L management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation, mobility, or platform-based businesses.
• Exposure to multinational and matrix organizations.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management experience.
