TL;DR
Product Manager (MSDP): Planning and executing ConnectWise software platforms, from requirements gathering and technical specifications through backlog management, development coordination, implementation, and support with an accent on product strategy, partner needs, and data-informed decision-making. Focus on prioritizing product backlogs, analyzing markets and product performance, defining customer requirements, and coordinating cross-functional development efforts.
Location: USA Remote; on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on location. Travel of 0–10% may be required.

What you will do
- Plan and execute platforms from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.
- Define product business plans, strategy, positioning, and market requirements in alignment with corporate growth goals.
- Research markets, competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities to identify product opportunities.
- Engage customers, prospects, and partners to understand needs and communicate requirements to development teams.
- Prioritize the product backlog, monitor adoption and user experience, and address production issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional development efforts and represent at partner engagements, events, and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related business experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to independently manage large projects and processes with limited supervision.
- Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects while maintaining quality and managing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with software development, databases, server/client concepts, and related technical areas.
- Understanding of modern product management techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of the MSDP industry.
- Commitment to partner- and team-oriented management; ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, software development life cycle, and the Atlassian Product Suite.
- Experience with the PSA application.
