Business Product Manager

What you will do

• Own application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives for Foundry's business applications and operational systems.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize enhancement requests based on business value, operational impact, and strategic objectives.
• Partner with software development teams to clarify requirements, review solutions, and support delivery planning.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, validate delivered functionality, and support release readiness, stakeholder communication, training considerations, and change management.
• Monitor user feedback, system adoption, and business outcomes; communicate priorities, risks, project status, and release information to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, ERP/WMS administration, business systems management, or a related role.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working with software development teams.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation, or release activities for business applications.
• Strong requirements gathering, prioritization, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and balance business value, technical constraints, and operational priorities.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing and release readiness activities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions, meet productivity standards, and maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with applicable standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, WMS, manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or operational systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with Jira or similar work management tools.
