Senior Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote or hybrid from the West Coast US or Australia

Base pay in the United States: $219,618–$286,724 for Zone C, $238,140–$310,905 for Zone B, or $264,600–$345,450 for Zone A.

What you will do

• Define and champion the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI experiences across core products.
• Lead cross-functional work with engineering, design, data science, platform, and product teams to deliver AI functionality.
• Support the integration of AI capabilities into existing product development processes and align initiatives across the portfolio.
• Define key results and product metrics, analyze data, and iterate on AI features.
• Gather customer feedback, understand user pain points, and use insights to improve product experiences.
• Mentor product professionals, communicate complex product concepts to executives, and track AI and machine learning trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience focused on AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex software projects and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to real-world products.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong UX intuition, product sense, and focus on product quality and user experience.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
