Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; hybrid work model.

Targeted hiring base pay range: $113,000–$149,000 per year, with potential variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop data-driven product strategies, business plans, market positioning, and competitive differentiation for the Energy and Refined Fuels SaaS portfolio.
• Lead large-scale product modernization and customer migration programs, working directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities and prioritize product investments, features, enhancements, and roadmaps based on customer value, commercial potential, and strategic alignment.
• Partner with Engineering on platform strategy, modernization priorities, technology investments, scalability, operational efficiency, timelines, and budgets.
• Define go-to-market, pricing, adoption, ICP, and TAM strategies with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Establish product KPIs and management frameworks, build customer and partner relationships, and mentor Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of strategic product portfolios and complex SaaS offerings.
• Track record of delivering products and solutions that create measurable customer value and achieve business objectives.
• Experience leading large-scale product modernization, platform transformation, or customer migration initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, market trends, customer insights, market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Successful experience leading product launches, driving adoption, and achieving commercial goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, stakeholder-influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluating complex data and strategic opportunities to make informed business decisions.
• Experience implementing product management best practices, establishing frameworks, and building new product management functions.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how product decisions influence growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Product management experience in the fuel supply chain and/or data analytics.
