Location: Bonita Springs, Florida, United States; must be willing to work in the Fort Myers/Naples viewing area.

What you will do

• Host Acceso Total across broadcast, digital, streaming, social, and other platforms.
• Interview entertainers, community leaders, experts, local personalities, businesses, and other guests.
• Develop and produce lifestyle, entertainment, culture, consumer, and community stories for Southwest Florida's Hispanic audience.
• Write scripts, show copy, interview questions, promotional material, and digital content while maintaining editorial standards.
• Coordinate with producers, photographers/editors, MMJs, creative services, sales, community engagement, digital teams, and station leadership from concept through air.
• Create social and short-form video content, support live coverage, and represent the station at community events and promotional appearances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, broadcasting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience in television, digital media, entertainment, lifestyle programming, journalism, or related content production.
• Demonstrated on-camera hosting, reporting, or presenting experience.
• Strong interviewing, writing, storytelling, communication, and social media skills.
• Ability to develop and produce content for television, digital, streaming, and social platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong Spanish-language on-air communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, community events, field shoots, and promotional appearances as business needs require.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States and age 18 or older.

• Strong knowledge of Southwest Florida and its Hispanic communities, culture, businesses, entertainment, and lifestyle.
• Experience producing lifestyle, entertainment, community, or magazine-style programming.
• Comfort with live television, unscripted conversations, field production, and breaking or developing situations.
• Charismatic, authentic on-camera presence and the ability to connect naturally with viewers.
• Creative, collaborative, flexible, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial interest in growing the Acceso Total brand across platforms and building community relationships.
