Deliver releases, patches, upgrades, observability, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and production support with validation, rollback, and documentation.
Lead infrastructure and reliability decisions, establish secure-release and production-readiness standards, mentor engineers, and turn recurring partner needs into reusable platform capabilities.

U.S. citizenship and 10+ years of software, platform, infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps engineering experience with hands-on production ownership.
Deep hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, production cluster operations, and Helm.

Strong automation and software engineering skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, or a similar language, across application and infrastructure layers.
Strong partner-facing communication and troubleshooting skills, including ownership from initial report through validated resolution and operational handoff.
Demonstrated use of AI-assisted coding and engineering tools for development, automation, troubleshooting, operational analysis, or incident investigation.
