Recruiting Associate 2

Location: Primarily remote, with periodic onsite requirements; commuting distance to Detroit, MI is preferred. Applicants must reside in a U.S. state and be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $30–$35 per hour

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record demonstrating intellectual curiosity, discipline, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated initiative, influence, pursuit of meaningful goals, or leadership through academics, work, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
• Curiosity about innovative technology and interest in using it ethically.
• Structured, curious approach to problem-solving and ability to ask questions, break down complex challenges, test ideas, and improve solutions.
• Authorization to work in the United States and residence in a U.S. state are required.
