Recruiting Associate (Healthcare Educational Services)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; hybrid with on-site work in the San Diego office at least 3 days per week

Salary: $50,000 starting annually, plus commissions; bonuses may be discretionary and role-dependent.

What you will do

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments in educational and school services.
• Proactively contact prospects, build relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for opportunities.
• Explain the personal and professional benefits of temporary healthcare career moves.
• Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work toward continuous improvement, career advancement, and recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Success in sales, staffing agency, and/or metrics-driven work preferred.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Passion for customer service and a client-centered mentality.
• Ability to create great experiences for travel healthcare professionals.
• Outside-the-box thinking, career orientation, and a desire for advancement.
