Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

Location: Hybrid; 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Open in Herndon, Virginia; Grand Prairie, Texas; or Bingen, Washington. Up to 15% domestic travel.

Salary: $37.00–$47.25 per hour, with geographic differentials possible.

What you will do

• Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for roles ranging from entry level to senior leadership.
• Develop recruitment plans, sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and referral initiatives.
• Advise leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners on requisitions, position descriptions, compensation, and recruiting approaches.
• Maintain job postings, applicant tracking records, recruiting reports, and staffing administration.
• Support workforce development planning and future talent acquisition needs.
• Represent hirify.global at recruiting events, college job fairs, presentations, and student group meetings.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of progressive talent acquisition, sourcing, and interviewing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of US employment and labor laws, staffing principles, recruitment programs, and regional labor markets.
• Experience with online and social media recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, interviewing, negotiation, organization, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work in the US without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
