Senior Manager, DC Development (AMERS)

Location: US; willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.

Base salary: $130,000–$230,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Manage assigned AI data center development projects from site control through due diligence, entitlements, permitting, design coordination, and FID.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, milestone tracking, risk registers, and reporting.
• Coordinate Energy and Power, Design, Preconstruction, Finance, and Sales workstreams, escalating key risks and decisions to the Director.
• Manage title, survey, geotechnical, environmental, zoning, and utility due diligence; support land acquisition and site-control transactions.
• Lead entitlement and permitting activities, utility interconnection, self-generation power procurement, and deliverability validation.
• Direct external consultants, engineers, design partners, landowners, utilities, local authorities, and other stakeholders while mentoring associates and analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in data center, real estate, or infrastructure development, with a track record advancing complex projects from site selection toward construction.
• Hands-on expertise across site control, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and design coordination.
• Experience managing development budgets and schedules and contributing to FID or capital approval packages.
• Working knowledge of power and utility interconnection and its role in data center deliverability.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
