Principal Consultant - Technical Implementations (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead solution design, technical implementation oversight, and platform adoption for complex customer implementations.
• Provide assurance on SaaS implementations, including underlying hardware and software architectures.
• Act as a trusted adviser, manage customer expectations, and analyze internal processes to define configurations and recommended business process changes.
• Document processes and workflows and monitor customer adoption to inform product and business leadership.
• Represent customer issues to Product Management and Software Engineering and help influence the hirify.global roadmap.
• Support Sales, Professional Services, and Business Development while contributing knowledge, training, and documentation to the PSO organization.

Requirements

• BA/BS or MS in a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting, including architecting and rolling out technology and solution initiatives.
• Experience with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
• Effective customer-facing communication skills and proven success working directly with customers.
• Ability to engage across Professional Services and Product Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including chairing meetings and hosting webinars.

Nice to have

• Technical application integration experience.
• Functional experience in Privacy or GRC.
• Industry certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, GRCP, CPA, or CISA.
• Experience working with senior management and C-Level stakeholders across multiple clients.
• Additional language skills.
