What you will do

• Lead and assure significant consulting engagements from concept through delivery.
• Shape product strategies and business cases in user-centred product contexts.
• Lead Agile transformation and programme delivery activities.
• Facilitate focused outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups and translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop senior staff and multidisciplinary teams, including employee performance management.

Requirements

• Extensive Product Management knowledge with strong knowledge of User Experience, Agile, and Programme Assurance.
• In-depth experience across at least two major business verticals and at least two business application environments.
• Experience communicating and building relationships with C-level stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring clients on product management.
• Broad business and technology understanding, industry awareness, and experience delivering as part of an Agile team.
• Experience in line management, team management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Ability to plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion, facilitate large stakeholder groups, and work flexibly under tight deadlines in changing environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business and project dynamics, including delivery within project constraints.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain, persuade, justify decisions, and communicate with varied stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Digital startup, product management, high-quality digital product, full-service digital agency, or Digital Transformation experience.
• Project management experience across waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, or MSP.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner qualification.
• Participation in communities of interest, online groups, or conferences.
