Professional Services & End User Services Intern (Cloud/Data Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage lab and demo systems for post-sales activities, including maintenance, environment setup, and stock control.
• Participate in professional services projects and learn to deploy and administer hirify.global storage solutions.
• Design, implement, and verify systems and subsystems while supporting engineering development and testing.
• Provide desktop support by troubleshooting business systems and software issues and proactively resolving user problems.
• Support IT equipment and mobile communications purchasing, internal events, and collaboration with local and EMEA IT teams.
• Explore technologies such as DevOps tools and investigate their application to the business.

Requirements

• C1 or C2 English and Spanish proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Technical background in Linux/Unix systems and IP networking.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Proactive ability to learn new technologies and understand their use in the working environment.
• Creative problem-solving approach.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently, take ownership of assigned work, and focus on critical tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
• Ability to interact with the line manager, local IT team, and EMEA IT team.

Nice to have

• Catalan or Portuguese language skills.
