Associate Consultant in Network Platforms, Automation & AI Operations

What you will do

• Design and deliver enterprise network architectures across data center, campus, WAN, cloud, and edge environments.
• Translate business, application, and operational requirements into scalable, secure, observable, and automated network platforms.
• Build reusable automation services, APIs, connectors, workflows, Infrastructure as Code frameworks, and integration components for network modernization.
• Develop cloud-native capabilities using containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps practices.
• Define observability, telemetry, data ingestion, processing, and analytics solutions for network operations and AIOps.
• Design AI-enabled operational workflows, copilots, and agentic components for event triage, incident enrichment, remediation recommendations, change validation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in enterprise networking and experience designing networks across data center, campus, WAN, cloud, and edge environments.
• Hands-on experience with software development, APIs, automation, data pipelines, cloud platforms, Kubernetes or container platforms, DevOps practices, and agile delivery.
• Ability to integrate network platforms with cloud services, security platforms, ITSM tools, observability solutions, and automation or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with network lifecycle management, configuration, compliance, validation, remediation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of observability concepts including telemetry, metrics, logs, events, flows, traces, correlation, and service-level indicators.
• Ability to develop or integrate AI-enabled operational use cases, including anomaly detection, incident correlation, capacity forecasting, root cause analysis, service impact analysis, and operational decision support.
• Ability to apply AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, security, and operational risk management.
• Ability to provide technical leadership in complex client environments and align network modernization with business outcomes and long-term scalability.
