Senior Manager, Cyber Engineered Defense

What you will do

• Build and lead the CrowdStrike Falcon AI Detection and Response (AIDR) deployment practice.
• Deploy and configure Falcon AIDR across browser extensions, AI application SDKs, MCP proxies, AI/API gateways, and Kubernetes workloads.
• Integrate AIDR with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale, Fusion SOAR, Falcon Cloud Security, Falcon Data Protection, Falcon Identity Protection, and Charlotte AI.
• Tune prompt-attack and sensitive-data protection policies, validate detection efficacy, and optimize enforcement for sub-30ms detection latency.
• Lead client delivery, advise identity, cloud, and SOC engineering teams, and partner with CrowdStrike account teams on scoping and solution design.
• Develop reusable runbooks, configuration templates, integration patterns, SOAR playbooks, Charlotte AI workflows, and mentor consultants.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience for Manager or 6+ years for Senior Manager deploying, configuring, and integrating enterprise security tooling, with meaningful CrowdStrike Falcon experience; fewer years may be considered when deep Falcon deployment skills and AI/agent knowledge are demonstrated.
• Hands-on deployment experience with at least one Falcon module: Falcon Insight, Falcon Cloud Security, Falcon Identity Protection, Falcon Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale, or Falcon Data Protection.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP, AI/API gateways, and RAG architectures.
• Understanding of direct and indirect prompt injection, jailbreaks, multimodal attacks, MCP abuse, and MITRE ATLAS detection vocabulary.
• Python proficiency is required; CQL proficiency is required. Experience with LLM SDKs and KQL is a plus.
• Experience building Fusion SOAR playbooks, Charlotte AI workflows, or equivalent Falcon automation content.
• Experience integrating Falcon modules with Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale, including correlation rules, dashboards, and case management.
• Prior consulting delivery experience scoping, leading, and personally executing deployments for external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Falcon AIDR deployment, configuration, or integration experience.
• CrowdStrike Certified Cloud Specialist or additional CrowdStrike credentials.
• Experience with LogScale content, production Fusion SOAR playbooks, Charlotte AI workflows, Falcon Cloud Security for Kubernetes, AI SDK instrumentation, MCP server deployment, or AI gateway architectures.
• Consulting experience at a tier-1 firm with a CrowdStrike-focused delivery practice.
