Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant- Guardian (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote; travel and assignment work may be required, including travel up to 25% of the time.

Base salary for U.S. candidates: $115,000–$165,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan, deploy, configure, optimize, and support Falcon’s AI-powered detection and response capabilities for customers.
• Tune machine learning models to reduce false positives while maintaining effective threat detection.
• Develop AI-driven security automation playbooks, scripts, and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Integrate Falcon AI capabilities with customers’ existing security tools and workflows.
• Interpret AI-generated alerts, support AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis, and improve vulnerability prioritization and asset management.
• Lead AI skills workshops and help develop customer-facing AI materials with the Platform Professional Services team.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end-user or customer environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, data science principles, and cybersecurity applications; experience using AI to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms, security automation and orchestration, and computer and network security.
• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies and advanced knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to address unusual and complex problems.
• Ability to manage and prioritize customer projects proactively, mentor team members, and lead teams in completing projects.
• Self-starter with high motivation and a results-driven approach.
• Periodic alcohol and/or drug testing may be required during employment.

Nice to have

• Endpoint security experience with Falcon, antivirus, or EDR solutions.
• Machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, prompt writing, agents, or agent building.
• Python, R, PowerShell, Bash, or Batch for data analysis, model development, and automation.
• Software deployment tools such as SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec.
• Host-based firewall, file integrity management, data protection, vulnerability management, attack surface management, or IT automation.
• CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, or HIPPA compliance; SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, or LogScale; identity, Active Directory, Azure AD, or SSO.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
