About the Role
You will set strategy and the technical roadmap for a unified onboarding platform, lead planning and delivery, and maintain quality through design and code review. You will hire, coach, and manage engineers while partnering across Product, Design, and Engineering to support platform adoption and reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a backend or full-stack engineer
- 2+ years managing engineers
- Experience designing and shipping complex scalable systems
- Architecture and design expertise
- User empathy
- Ability to balance technical tradeoffs with product outcomes
Responsibilities
- Set team strategy and the technical roadmap
- Drive planning, sprints, delivery, design review, and code review
- Hire, manage, coach, and develop engineers
- Partner across Product, Design, and Engineering on platform interfaces
- Maintain Link reliability and system health during the transition
