About the Role

You will act as the technical advisor throughout discovery, solution design, evaluation, technical win, and post-sale handoff. You will lead demos, architecture design, RFIs and RFPs, API pilots, and proofs of concept while building reusable solution guidance and supporting successful adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical selling, solutions engineering, or enterprise consulting experience
• 3+ years supporting regulated industries
• Experience leading complex technical evaluations with account executives
• API and web or mobile architecture knowledge
• Ability to build demos, solution diagrams, and integration guidance
• Discovery, communication, and customer empathy skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical advisor from discovery through post-sale handoff
• Partner with account executives to connect technical capabilities to business value
• Lead discovery, demos, architecture design, RFIs, and RFPs
• Run API pilots and proofs of concept
• Identify product, privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Build reusable solution guides, reference architectures, and enablement
• Shape vertical strategy and product feedback
• Support implementation handoffs and adoption
