Sr. Consultant – Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacy Enterprise Business Manager (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Virtual Office in the United States; regular travel to meet client needs is required.

Estimated hiring range: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform advanced financial, operational, healthcare, and pharmacy data analyses to identify opportunities and resolve complex business challenges.
• Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, executive presentations, customized financial proformas, and performance metrics.
• Analyze prescriber, dispensing, claims, utilization, and pricing data to identify eligible 340B claims, revenue growth opportunities, and pharmacy opportunities.
• Interpret industry trends, regulatory changes, forecasts, and utilization patterns to assess client and business impacts.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and implementation from data collection through completion.
• Present actionable findings and strategic recommendations to senior pharmacy leadership and cross-functional clients.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare data analytics, financial analytics, pharmacy analytics, or a related analytical field.
• Ability to interpret financial analyses and translate complex findings into actionable business insights for clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analytical models, formulas, and macros.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating concise, polished presentations for leadership audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects from data collection and analysis through final deliverables and implementation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse clients while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables.
